Will any one from us will purchase the new 1400 Rs Limited version of Windows XP professional starter edition instead of 30 Rs. CD from the market.  I guess this can never happened in Pakistan.  But the case of India is different.  Microsoft is finally delivering the Indian version of XP Starter Edition, a year after first announcing plans for it.
