Shutdown Event Tracker provides a simple and standard mechanism one can use to consistently document the reasons for shutting down or restarting the computer. This information is used to analyze the root causes of shutdowns and develop a more complete understanding of the system environment.

How to enable and disable Shutdown Event Tracker

1.To open Registry Editor, click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK.
 
2.In Registry Editor, navigate to the following registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Reliability
 
3.Name:ShutdownReasonUI
Type:REG_DWORD
Value:1=enable;0=disable

How to send Project server status Reports to Multiple people?

Users can CC Status Reports multiple people simply by selecting the first name, pressing and holding the Control key, and then selecting additional names.

As per my previous posts I was working full time on extending the OLAP Cubes for project server.  I have two previous posts about the extensibility model of OLAP cube and Analysis Services.  But during the search I found a great effort done by Bob Segrest, PMP, Microsoft Project Blackbelt by writing an white paper and small solution.  Extending OLAP cube is not easy but when some one has straight forward guidelines it becomes very easy so if you guys working on this do read the link below.
